Being an Effective Construction Supervisor

Abstract

Construction Supervisors act as liaisons between senior management who set goals and the skilled trades who turn those goals into reality. As crucial members of the construction team, Construction Supervisors turn management-speak into trade talk. They accomplish this through expertise in communication, staffing, optimization, planning, and organization skills to help their teams meet deadlines while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety.

This 2-day seminar will explore these and other asepcts that affect a Construction Supervisor's ability to achieve success.

This course is highly participative and delivered in a seminar format through short participative lectures followed by discussions organized round case studies, questionnaires and small group activities.
