Governing Team

Procept Associates Ltd. is managed by a  Board of Directors which appoints corporate officers to run the day-to-day affairs of the business. Currently, Kevin Aguanno holds the role of President of Procept.

Procept also has a Management Advisory Board consisting of notable figures from the business and training worlds to give guidance to Procept's management team.  Members of the Management Advisory Board are generally chosen for a few key reasons:

• to maintain a corporate memory, as they were involved in Procept's management in the past
• to maintain key client relationships
• to provide strategic guidance on marketplace trends
• to act as a sounding board for big decisions

Currently, the Management Advisory Board consists of the following individuals:
