With over 25 years in learning and development, he has led leadership, change management, and communication programs for clients across sectors including banking, energy, telecommunications, retail, and government.
Rickey-Dean facilitates flagship programs on Influence, Managing Change, Project Management, Risk, Communication, and Facilitation Skills. His facilitation style is structured and methodical, yet deeply people-centered, creating reflective spaces where participants feel both challenged and supported. Known for his calm presence and intuitive coaching, he helps individuals and teams discover their authentic leadership and translate insight into action.
Before joining Procept, Rickey-Dean led large-scale global learning initiatives at IBM, PwC Consulting, HSBC, and Shell, managing cross-regional teams and delivering training across more than 30 countries.
Beyond his corporate facilitation work, Rickey-Dean is the founder and executive director of TechArts Empowerment Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to helping underserved youth explore technology and the arts. Through TechArts, he channels his lifelong passion for learning and creativity into empowering the next generation to find their own calling.
