This seminar provides the concepts and techniques necessary to incorporate the team concept into the day-to-day operations of the organization, rather than a peripheral, institutionalized program.
As important as top management’s involvement may be, the ultimate success of the team concept depends upon the performance of managers and supervisors. They have the greatest influence at the day-to-day operating level on the largest resource in the organization – the work force. Preparing managers and supervisors to function effectively in a team environment is the single most important factor in the successful implementation of the team concept.
This 1-day course is highly interactive and experiential. The purpose is to build new behaviors from existing ones rather than attempt to impose an entire new set of radical changes. The primary methodology for the course is guided discussions, supplemented by case studies and experiential exercises.
