She has provided organizations with strategic solutions to assist in improving services.
Pearl works hard to change the way people think about Service Management. In previous roles, Pearl has worked as a Sales Consultant and Marketing Manager for Oracle Developer and Business Intelligence tools.
Pearl has earned a Teacher of Adults certificate, a Change Management Practitioner certification from APMG International, and is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC).
