Diversity, Inclusion and Cultural Sensitivity
As our workplaces (like our society) become increasingly multicultural, employees must have an increased awareness of diversity, personal space, cultural differences, and the use of language and gestures. It is important to ensure individuals and teams treat each other with respect so that everyone feels comfortable and safe. Leadership is no longer only focused on work performance but also on the underlying conditions that make the workplace inclusive, conducive, and comfortable for everyone.
Procept’s diversity and cross-cultural training helps people understand and respect differences and to move beyond them to create stronger and more cohesive workplace relationships.
