Abstract
This 1/2 day workshop emphasizes the one-on-one skills necessary to conduct productive coaching sessions which are necessary to improve the job performance of others.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of this workshop learners will be able to:
- Determine causes for current performance levels and appropriate methods for improving performance
- Establish a comfortable coaching environment
