Abstract

Learn the challenges of managing IT projects and understand the methodologies, tools, techniques and the language of IT project management. This 2 day seminar is designed to appeal to those with experience working in a project management (PM) environment and who plan to work or are interested in getting insight into IT project management. Instructors for this course bring a wealth of knowledge gained from years of managing projects IT projects in rigorous project-driven industries.
