Change traditional one-way presentations into lively, interactive persuasive sessions. By using the techniques modeled in this 2-day workshop, group presentations will have a more positive outcome. More effective, persuasive presentations create more activity and opinions favorable to the organization.
The entire session is interactive and a true “hands on” course – classroom demonstrations, practice and feedback. Each technique is presented and modeled by our consultant, followed by participant practice and immediate supportive feedback.
The primary principles and techniques include:
- Techniques for getting an audience involved immediately by creating an interactive environment at the beginning of the presentation
- Utilizing the “persuasive pendulum” and the “talk organizer” to prepare and deliver presentations
- Getting audiences involved through the use of questions, attention-getting techniques and interactive notes
- Techniques for handling disruptions, objections and resistance
- Proper design and utilization of audiovisual aids to enhance the presentation rather than being the presentation
- How to use the “audience trial performance” to get people to persuade themselves
