Project Management Essentials for Land Surveyors

Abstract

This full day facilitated workshop includes expert instruction, hands-on exercises with surveyor specific scenarios, and group discussions aimed at allowing participants to learn from the instructors knowledge base and each other’s real life experiences.

This course is delivered nationally in partnership with Professional Surveyors of Canada.

  • Discuss tools and best practices of Project Management - especially those tools which can improve your business practices.
  • Learn about specific issues of Scope Management, Time Management, Cost Management, Quality Management, Risk Management, and Communication Management
  • Build your own Project Management “lessons learned” by sharing others’ Project Management experiences.

There is no prerequisite for this course. It functions as a stand-alone course.
